Salsa (Low Calories)

3 tb Instant minced onion
1 Tomatoes, 16 oz. can, crush
1 tb Chili powder
1 ds Red pepper, ground
3 tb Water
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
1/4 Arlic powder
Instructions:
In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in covered container; chill until ready to serve.
