Rosy Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:
1 c Ripe cantaloupe
-1/4" dice
1 c Ripe watermelon
-1/4" dice
1 c Peeled cucumber
-1/4" dice
4 Ripe plum tomatoes, seeded
-1/4" dice
1/3 c Red onion(s),
-finely chopped
2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Flat-leaf parsley
-coarsely chopped
1 ts Jalapeo chile
-seeded and minced
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
