Orange Salsa

1/2 c Dry white wine
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 Scallions; chopped
1/4 c Red pepper; chopped
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1 Orange; peeled and chopped
1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
Cook garlic, scallions, and peppers in white wine until just soft, about 5 minutes over low heat. Add orange and cilantro and heat until warm. Remove from heat. Pour sauce over grilled chicken.
