Florida Fruit Salsa

4 c Tomato based commercial
-hot salsa
1/2 c Onion, coarsely chopped
2 Garlic cloves chopped
2 tb Cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 Mango, ripe, diced 1/4"
1 Pineapple, fresh, cored,
-peeld and diced 1/4"
3 Scallions, chopped
1/2 c Dates, chopped, coarsely
1 Peach, peeled, diced 1/4"
Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with anything...very good with grilled fish, grilled chicken, as a party dip, and even as a sandiwch spread for grilled pork or beef.
