Portuguese Type Salsa

Ingredients:
3 cn Whole tomatoes (1 lb-12 oz)
1 cn Ortega whole california
Chiles; chopped fine
(3-1/2 oz)
30 Garlic; chopped fine
1 Onion, 2 1/2" diameter; chop
1 ts Salt (level)
1 ds Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Mix well, mashing or breaking tomatoes into small pieces. Use to top barbecued beef.
