Pineapple Lime Salsa

Ingredients:
1/3 c Pineapple preserves
1/4 c Red bell pepper
-finely chopped
2 tb Red onion(s),
-finely chopped
1 tb JalapeĀ¤o pepper
-seeded, finely chopped
1 ts Dried mint
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Lime juice
8 oz Can unsweetened pineapple
-tidbits, drained
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve with grilled fish.
