Oriental Salsa

4 lg Vine ripened tomatoes
1 tb Sesame seed oil
1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
1 Chopped Thai chili pepper
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tb Chopped scallions
2 tb Chopped red onions
1 tb Oyster sauce
1/2 tb Dark soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill 1/2 hour before serving. Yield: 4 servings
